Fox Lake Furniture began in 2016 in a small golf-cart garage at my grandparents’ home on Fox Lake in southern Minnesota. What started as a passion for woodworking grew into a business centered around handcrafted pieces that feel personal, meaningful, and built to last. I’m Samantha, the maker behind Fox Lake Furniture, and every charcuterie board, cribbage board, sign, and custom piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and attention to detail. The answer is yes. Cutting on epoxy will scratch up much like cutting on a plastic cutting board.

Hand-wash only Simply wipe clean with a damp cloth and air dry. Apply cutting board oil as needed.

Our cutting boards are seasoned with food safe Walrus Oil. Walrus Oil is made up of Coconut Oil, Mineral Oil, Vitamin E, and Beeswax, FDA compliant for food contact surfaces.
